Dear Parents,

As part of our summer camp program, we are excited to announce that we will be taking the campers on several field trips throughout the summer. We understand that as parents, you may have concerns about the safety of your children during these trips. Therefore, we would like to provide you with important information about our field trip policies and protocols.

Firstly, all of our field trips are thoroughly planned and organized by our experienced staff. We ensure that all transportation, accommodations, and activities are safe and appropriate for your child's age group.

Secondly, all campers will be required to follow our strict code of conduct during field trips. This includes following instructions from our staff, staying with the group, and respecting fellow campers, staff members, and the environment. Failure to follow our code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, which can include being sent home from the trip early. Campers must also wear their designated Summer Haus t-shirts, which you will receive on your 1st day of the program.

Thirdly, we take the safety and well-being of our campers very seriously. Our staff members are trained in first aid and CPR, and we always carry a first aid kit with us on all field trips. In addition, we have emergency protocols in place in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Lastly, we require all parents to sign a consent form allowing their child to participate in field trips. This form includes information about the trip, emergency contact information, and any relevant medical information that our staff should be aware of.

We hope that this information has eased any concerns you may have had about our field trip policies and protocols. We believe that field trips are an important part of the camp experience, and we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for your child to learn and grow.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Haus Staff
