Please send your child on field trip days with this series t-shirt. Please apply sun block in the morning and we will re-apply sun block to your child when necessary.

Please pack a lunch and two snacks for am and pm in a labeled plastic zipper bag. Encourage your child to bring the bag home each day. We will put lunches in shaded area to help keep cool. We have a concession stand with with tons of snacks & drinks.

Please remember to inform us of any food allergy, as we see many different types of food. If your child has special diet, you may bring snacks to our program, and we will serve only to them.

We do take photos of the children for series use and social media. If for any reason you don't want your child photograph on display, you must inform us in writing. Permission is listed on the new registration document found online. Otherwise, we assume that it is okay to take photos. No names will ever be used.

We offer a summer series with a conscience. We strive to provide you and your child with a pleasant, adventurous summer. We hope your child’s summer experience is safe and rewarding for you and your family. If there is anything you need to discuss with us feel free to call anytime or leave a message on the site.

If your child is out for the day, please call us to let us know. The summer program opens at 9am and closes at 4:00pm each day. If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Our extended-hours fee is $30.00 per day. We will stay with your child until pick-up. If you need to send someone in your place, we also need to know ahead of time. There is a spot on the enrollment for you to let us know all persons who have permission to pick up your child. Children will not be released to anyone not on list or provided in writing or text.

If your child should require medication, you must speak with the director to discuss your child's needs. There is an additional form that has to be completed before your child begins series. If your child is out of series more than two days for any illness, you must inform us of their condition. If they have been contagious, the state requires you to submit a doctor's note to return to series. We would like our staff to be aware of any foreseeable problems or special needs of each child enrolled in our program. We group the children by ages and qualities, and if you need to share situations with us regarding your child abilities, we are always here for you.
